Please review our shipping and refund policies below:

Shipping Policy

📦 Where We Ship:
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada.

⏳ Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order has been shipped.

🚚 Delivery Time:
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.

🌿 Shipping Fresh Moss:
Because our moss is a fresh, natural product, we package each order with care to maintain quality during shipping. Moss may shift or settle during transit — this is normal. Upon arrival, simply unpack and mist your moss with water to refresh it.

Refund Policy

All of our moss is hand-harvested, organic, and perishable — for this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will do our best to resolve the issue — either by offering a replacement or a credit, depending on the situation.

Missing or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we cannot control postal delays, we are happy to help you track your package and will do what we can to assist if your order is delayed.
